Yes — free for you. Providers we list pay us a small referral fee when you book through us. It's built into their normal rate, not added on top. We don't sell user data.What does 'verified' mean for providers?
Every provider on the services directory is one we've personally engaged with. We check licences, insurance, registration numbers (MARA for migration agents, TPB for tax agents, state trade licences for tradies) before a profile goes live.Are you migration agents?
No. We list MARA-registered migration agents in the directory, but we don't give migration advice ourselves.How do you verify travel companions and rental hosts?
Phone, email, and a community reporting system. We're not a background check service — always use your own judgement, meet in person where possible, and never send money before you've seen what you're paying for.Can I post a rental or list my business?
Rentals and travel companions are community-only — anyone with a verified account can post. Provider listings are admin-curated; if you want to be considered, get in touch.What if I get scammed by someone I met here?
Report it through the dashboard. We act on reports within 24 hours and can refer serious cases to ACCC Scamwatch and police.Do you operate outside New South Wales?
